Sebanyak 350 Mahaiswa Fakultas Hukum dan Komunikasi (FHK) Unika Soegijapranata mengikuti Kuliah Ketja Lapangan (KKL) pada Tahun Ajaran 2021-2022 ini. Para mahasiswa yang berasal dari Program Studi Ilmu Hukum dan Ilmu Komunikasi itu mengikuti KKL selama dua hari, Kamis dan Jumat (19 dan 20/5) secara online via zoom meeting.
“Sejak awal Pandemi Covid-19, KKL tidak dapat dilaksanakan dan ditiadakan. Untuk menghindari kekosongan kesempatan mahasiswa mengikuti Kuliah Lapangan, maka kami berupaya untuk menyelenggarakan Kuliah lapangan secara online,” kata Dekan FHK Unika Dr Marcella Elwina SH CN MHum. Menurut Dekan FKH, KKL secara virtual talum ini dilaksanakan ke empat lembaga yaitu Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK), Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia (Kominfo) dan Kompas Gramedia Grup.
Dia berharap melalui kuliah lapangan ini seluruh peserta dapat semakin mendalami sistem dan bekerjanya lembaga/instansi dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsi, serta dalam menghadapi peluang dan tantangan di era milenial ini.
Selain itu katanya, nantinya para mahasiswa juga dapat memiliki gambaran tentang peluang untuk bergabung atau bekerja pada lembaga-lembaga tersebut sesuai dengan kompetensi keilmuannya.
“Kunjungan lapangan ini diharapkan juga memberikan manfaat bagi institusi FHK Unika, terutama dalam menumbuhkan kerjasama yang berkelanjutan untuk
mewujudkan Tri Dharma Perguruan tinggi di bidang pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian,” katanya.
Dalam kunjungan virtual di MK, para mahasiswa diterima Asisten Ketua MK/Hakim-MK, Dr Irfan Nur Rachman SH MH. Selama dua jam mahasiswa menerima penjelasan seputar lembaga kehakiman itu. Sedangkan di Kemkominfo, para mahasiswa mendapat paparan terkait tugas dan tanggungjawab lembaga oleh Direktur Pengelolaan Media Ditjen IKP Dr. Nursodik Gunado MSi.
Adapun dalam kunjungan online dengan KPK, diterima dengan senang hati Yuanda Angelia dari Bagian Spesialis Sosialisasi dan Kampanye Antikorupsi KPK. Mahasiswa menerima penjelasan terkait fungsi dan lembaga anti korupsi.
Dijelaskan pula perkembangan kasus tindak korupsi di Indonesia. Serta langkah dan upaya mencegah dan mengurangi kasus korupsi terkait aparatur pemerintah di Indonesia. Kunjungan diakhiri di Kompas Gramedia Grup.

350 FHK Unika Students Participate In KKL In Four Institutions

A total of 350 students of the Faculty of Law and Communication (FHK) Unika Soegijapranata took part in the Field Work Lecture (KKL) in the 2021-2022 Academic Year. The students from the Law and Communication Studies Program took part in the KKL for two days, Thursday and Friday (19 and 20/5) online via a zoom meeting.
“Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, MPAs cannot be implemented and are abolished. To avoid vacancies for students to take part in Field Lectures, we are trying to hold field lectures online,” said the Dean of FHK Unika, Dr. Marcella Elwina SH CN MHum. According to the Dean of FKH, the KKL was virtually held in four institutions, namely the Constitutional Court (MK), the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (Kominfo) and the Kompas Gramedia Group.
He hopes that through this field lecture, all participants can deepen their understanding of the system and the workings of institutions/agencies in carrying out their duties and functions, as well as in facing the opportunities and challenges of this millennial era.
In addition, he said, later on, students will also have an idea of the opportunities to join or work at these institutions according to their scientific competence.
“This field visit is also expected to provide benefits for the Unika FHK institution, especially in fostering sustainable collaboration to
realize the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in the fields of education, research and service,” he said.
During a virtual visit to the Constitutional Court, the students were received by the Assistant Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court/Judge-MK, Dr. Irfan Nur Rachman SH MH. For two hours, students received explanations about the judiciary. Meanwhile at the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, students received exposure to the duties and responsibilities of the institution by the Director of Media Management of the Directorate General of IKP, Dr. Nursodik Gunado MSi.
Meanwhile, during an online visit with the KPK, Yuanda Angelia was gladly received from the Anti-Corruption Campaign and Socialization Specialist Section of the KPK. Students receive explanations regarding anti-corruption functions and institutions.
He also explained the development of corruption cases in Indonesia. As well as steps and efforts to prevent and reduce corruption cases related to government officials in Indonesia. The visit ended at Kompas Gramedia Group.
